Frequently asked
Can I use one of the presets as-is, or does everything get customized?
Presets are ready to go with your names, dates, and colors dropped in. If you want a different theme, palette, or motif, choose Custom and we'll design it from scratch.
Can I switch from a preset to custom (or the other way around)?
Switching to Custom is no problem, just message us on TikTok or Instagram @RSVP2THIS and pay the difference to cover the extra design work. Going from Custom back to a preset isn't something we can do once we've started designing.
What's the difference between open and fixed guest lists?
Open gives each guest a headcount, like "plus 2", and they fill in their extension guests' names when they RSVP. Fixed has those extension guest names already listed for them.
How do I pay, and when?
Payment is collected during the order form via bank transfer. Your custom RSVP is unlocked and design work begins once payment is confirmed.
How long does it take to get my RSVP?
Most orders are designed and delivered within 2–3 business days after we receive your details. Rush turnaround is available, just mention it in the notes step.
How will I receive my RSVP?
Straight to your inbox! We'll send it to the email address you gave us in the order form.
How do guests actually RSVP?
Super simple, they just open the link, pop in their name, and confirm they're coming. No app, no hassle.
Can I request revisions to the design?
Of course, message us on TikTok or Instagram @RSVP2THIS and we'll sort it out with you.
What if I need to change details after ordering?
Send us an email with the update, minor edits like dates or wording are included at no extra cost while your RSVP is live.
